Viktor Fischer<\/strong>, an attorney at law, has more than 25 years of experience in cross-border fund distribution. After holding various leadership positions at UBS AG, he joined the Executive Board in 2014 and, as sole managing director, assumed responsibility for the European MiFID business of a fund distribution service provider regulated in both Germany and Switzerland. At the group level, he also served as General Counsel, Chief Compliance\/Risk Officer, and Chief Sales Officer, overseeing the strategic expansion and management of business operations in Europe.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Most recently, he headed the group compliance department at a fund distribution service provider supervised across 19 EU locations, where he systematically expanded and further developed the compliance management framework. As a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and Certified Compliance Professional with international experience, he developed risk systems for monitoring and evaluating distributors and platforms active in cross-border distribution, and played a decisive role in shaping their regulatory development.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
